We regularly release updates to improve your experience and make you happy! Below you will the find the improvements of our latest update: Forbidden City
Here you can see the new functionalities of m that will make you happy.
We want to make your workload more structured. Thats why we rearranged the workflow. You used to work from all cases. Different filters had been added to see in which fase a case was.
We took those filters and added them as different tabs. So, now you can easily overview your workload.
In 'new' and in 'process' you will see all cases that need your attention.
'New' represents incoming cases that haven’t been reviewed yet.
In 'processing' you will see cases that are in need of your attention because a client asked for a change, m your AI assistent filled in a proposal for you to review etc.
In 'Running' you will find the cases that still require a clients response. This could be missing info, or a proposal that needs an approval.
Once the client has approved the proposal, the case will go to future confirmations.
New icons are added tot the side bar.
We also make mistakes and we do everything to solve them as quickly as possible.
We solved the problem of not being able to delete package deals.
