We regularly release updates to improve your experience and make you happy! Below you will the find the improvements of our latest update: Eiffel Tower
Here you can see the new functionalities of m that will make you happy.
There is a new workflow in m. Instead of working from ‘all cases’ we are going to work from different folders. This way you will have a better overview of your tasks. The first new folder is ‘new’ and in the near future, other folders will follow.
In ’new’ you have all the options you are used to from ‘All cases’. For example different filters and the option to give a case a different status from the overview page.
A new filter has been added: ‘Enquiry method’
In this column another tag has been added: ‘Broker’. This way you can easily recognize e-mails send by a Broker
The columns in the dashboard have been reorganized
We also make mistakes and we do everything to solve them as quickly as possible.
We made e-mail address a required field in case details
We added the use of mail parse to retrieve valid e-mail addresses
