Here you can see the new functionalities of m that will make you happy.
You can change the status of a case in overview.
You can assign a case to a colleague on case detail.
There is a new filter: assigned
m will automatically give cancellation fee to Mews, if a case is cancelled within 24h of arrival.
A row was added to overview: assigned
We also make mistakes and we do everything to solve them as quickly as possible.
You can always cancel a hotel case in m and if cancelled the case is also cancelled in Mews.
