When email messages can not be imported into the platform, it will end up in the error folder.
m does three attempts to import incoming email messages. When this fails, the email message is shown in the error menu and an email notification is sent to specific people in your organization.
By clicking on the specific line, the message is displayed and the original message is shown.
Please take action to process this email message manually. After doing so, please hit the ‘checked’ box, in order for this message to be archived.
