We regularly release updates to improve your experience and make you happy! Below you will the find the improvements of our latest update: Big Ben
Here you can see the new functionalities of m that will make you happy.
We made changes on the remarks field. Now you can enter a tekst instead of just a sentence on one line.
Newly created cases will get the status ‘NEW’ instead of the current ‘Start’.
In overview you will see ‘Inquiry method’. In this field you can see what the course is of the request. You can also find the course of a request on case detail in general.
When LetShare has been offline, you can manually send a new request to LetShare.
You can see and manually adjust the ‘expiry dates’ in the general tab.
An authorized user can sort by all titles in the ‘users’ menu.
A hover color has been added to a row, to make it easier to see where you are working.
We also make mistakes and we do everything to solve them as quickly as possible.
All cases can be set on ‘Process outside system’ without any barriers.
