Correct login

In order for you to access the platform, you need to be logged in. After going to https://partner.pleaseaskm.com, you will see the following screen.
Login - empty
Please enter your work email address, followed by your password. Note that the password is case sensitive. If your login is correct, you will be directed to the home page.

Incorrect login

If your login is incorrect, the following error message will appear.
  • Please check your credentials and try again. If this fails, please hit 'reset it here'. A new screen will appear where you will be able to enter your email address.
  • Follow the instructions in the email, sent to your business email address. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please contact your supervisor to check if you have an enabled account.
